Entries

Online entries will be open from January 2027. Opening of entries will be announced via this website as well as the ONZ website.

  • Early bird rates apply until 11.59pm on 28 February 2027, after which standard rates will apply until entries close at 11.59pm on 13 March 2027.
  • No entries will be accepted after 13th March 2027.
  • On-the-day entries will not be available.
  • Entry fees are to be confirmed and payable by credit card only.

Indicative entry fees

Age is at 31 December 2027.
Family is 2 seniors and any number of juniors, children and full-time students normally resident at the same address.

Start times:

Start times for the Sprint, Middle and Long Distance will be allocated and published 1 week prior to the events. See programme page / bulletin 1 for first start times.

For start time requests (e.g. for parents sharing childcare duties), please fill out form (TBC) prior to entries closing.

Start time requests cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds policy

Entries cancelled partially or in full until entries close on 13 March 2027 will receive a refund less a NZ$10 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after entries close.

  • Refunds will be processed after the event.
  • The entry fee does not include any form of personal insurance, including medical or travel insurance.
  • If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other factors outside of the event organisers control, the organisers will endeavour to refund as much of the entry fee as possible, taking into account any sunk costs.

Changes policy

Each request to change entrant details, course, or start time after entries have closed on 13 March 2027 will attract a non-refundable NZ$10 administration fee.

As a last resort, SI Numbers can be changed at the event, in person at the registration desk (bring your new SI Card) at least an hour before the event starts. No changes will be available within an hour of the event starting.
