The prizegiving for the 2024 Champs will be held at the Rerewhakaaitu Settlers Hall (from 4pm on Sunday 31 March), a short 8 minute drive from the parking area for the Long event (and Middle and Relay). Depending on entry numbers, we will be looking to push start times slightly later so that people can easily go direct from the event, enjoying a swim in Lake Rerewhakaaitu if it is hot on the way. Noting as well that there is shelter if it is wet.

There will be a number of local food carts in attendance at the hall with a range of delicious affordable offerings for an easy dinner or snack before prizegiving takes place. We will also have a fun three-legged mini sprint on offer, with the fastest pair winning a special prize – more details to follow.

We encourage everyone to come along and enjoy a fun, social and relaxed prizegiving.
